Our story began with a commitment to higher level education. As the years have past many things have changed, but that commitment remains stronger than ever.
TMI was founded in 2001 by Patricia Ellenburg with the goal of specializing in corporate, and professional education. Specifically our aim was to help corporations educate their human capital to help the organization, and individuals reach their full potential. In TMI's beginning subject matter experts would handle the facilitation of content, and creation of face to face courses for our corporate clients including organizations such as Wells Fargo, Pearson Publishing, and University of Phoenix.
As TMI grew we recognized a need to provide this type of highly customized education on a larger scale, but with time becoming an increasingly precious resource the amount of face to face interaction was becoming more difficult to provide. To combat this problem TMI changed its focus from face to face course facilitation, to developing virtual learning platforms that offered the same levels of customization, and interaction. To realize this goal TMI utilizes a blend of interactive media content, simultaneous tailored feedback, along with our expertise in course design to deliver all of the benefits of face to face education in a virtual platform.
